Elite Insurance was founded in May 2015 by Brad and BeBe Parkes. After spending nearly two decades combined in the captive insurance world and being trapped by rising prices and restrictive underwriting rules, they decided to establish the independent insurance company, Elite Insurance.
In doing so, they have found a much better and efficient way to serve every client – no matter the need. With the ability to offer over 60 different companies and an array of services, Elite is in a unique position to help absolutely each and every client. Whether its a lower price, better coverage or an insurance policy that other companies are not willing to offer (i.e. a vacant or seasonal home), Elite is there.
Elite offers auto, home, renter’s, life, and health products, just to name a few. With the capability to compare prices and coverage with the major companies coupled with the best customer service in the industry, Elite Insurance will be the last place you need to look for your insurance needs. BeBe Parkes
BeBe has enjoyed a fulfilling career in the Insurance industry. Before graduating from Gardner Webb University, BeBe began her insurance career with part-time employment at an insurance agency in Hickory, N.C. Upon completion of her Business Administration Degree, she quickly moved from full-time agency sales into the corporate world of insurance where she was an Agency Field Specialist.
After two years in the insurance management field, BeBe knew her passion was at the grassroots level and returned to insurance sales. BeBe and her husband, Brad, opened their independent agency in Gastonia, N.C., May 2015. When she isn’t spending time at the softball field with her daughter Arizona, BeBe enjoys working out and reading.
Tammy Charles
Tammy is Elite’s Customer Service and Claims Specialist. She began working in the insurance industry in 1993. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family, which includes her husband and their Maltipoo. Tammy’s son is a local firefighter who recently had a new baby. Her hobbies include arts and crafts, wreath making, and watching Flea Market Flip.
Tyiesha Mitchell
Tyiesha is a Multiple Line Representative. She has experience in several capacities of the insurance industry – including Operations, Fire Claims and Customer Service. Previously, Tyiesha adjusted homeowner’s claims for clients all over the Southeast US. She is a dance mom who spends the majority of her free time at dance competitions with her daughter, she loves being involved in the community through volunteering and is ultra-competitive, especially when it comes to family game night!
Dixie Smith
Dixie is a multiple line representative at Elite. She has worked in management in auto sales for the past 3 years. When she isn’t at work she enjoys spending her free time with her son, Braxton. She loves home DIY projects, interior design and can always be found with a cup of coffee in hand!
Autumn Hovis
Autumn is a Customer Service and Retention Specialist at Elite. She enjoys helping clients with all aspects of their policies including changes, billing and adding coverages. Autumn stays busy at home with her children, 2 dogs, 2 goats, donkey and several chickens.
Lindsay Gee
Lindsay is a customer service specialist at Elite. She has 10 years of prior experience working in the customer service industry with insurance. Lindsay is a proud wife to her husband Casey and mom to her two boys, Remington and Callaway. They enjoy spending time as a family golfing, hiking in the mountains, and watching Steelers football!
Samantha Dixon
Samantha is a multiple lines representative at Elite Insurance. Her main focus at Elite is working with clients that are new to our office. She has 14 years of experience in the customer service industry. Samantha is happily married to her husband of 2 years. They recently had their first baby – a little girl. Samantha has 2 dogs, Cooper & Charlie and enjoys spending time at the lake and the beach with her family!
